The Lake Eaton-Mt Eaton area of the Mt Edwards Project is another area with substantial exploration potential.
Located on the southern tip of the Widgiemooltha Dome this area has only been lightly explored but with recent exploration success in the discovery of the high grade Cassini mine the prospectivity of the region has increased…a new nickel exploration hotspot. With work ramping up in the area in 2019, unveiling multiple +1% nickel intercepts and in turn a host of geophysical anomalies established warranting follow up the area will be an ongoing exploration focal point for Widgie Nickel.
